Contest Rules
Judging
The contest closes October 31, 2010.The contest entries
will be judged at that time, and the winner will be notified
by email.
Entries will be judged by the PCVA Board. Decision of
the judges
is final.
The Perth County Visitors' Association reserves the right
to use
the
winning
photo
and any
photos entered in the contest for promotional purposes. Model
release forms, if required, can be downloaded
here.
Eligibility
Prizes are as offered. Value of package is approximately
$800. There are no substitutes and winners
may not claim cash value. Prize is subject to availability
and is valid until December 31, 2010
Only those 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter
the contest.
Employees,
contractors and members of Perth County Visitors' Association are not
eligible to enter.
Prize winners must arrange and pay for
transportation to and from St.
Marys and Stratford and for each aspect of the prize.
