Mother and daughter Rose Creamer & Stacey Guymer created Sweet Leaf Bath Co. in the fall of 2007. Combining Stacey’s aromatherapy background and Rose’s artistic talent, they began the journey to creating a line of natural, organic and fair trade certified soaps.
The women quickly became passionate about creating new and exciting products. They started up a test kitchen where they would create for family and friends delicious body scrubs, butters and bath soaks and much to their excitement, everyone raved.
The girls who have now moved out of the kitchen and into the soap studio still handcraft everything in small batches, continuing to design new products using pure essential oils, botanicals and fair trade ingredients.
Sweet Leaf Bath Co. has been licensed to sell the majority of their products as Fair Trade Certified by TransFair Canada. Currently they are one of two body care companies in Ontario and one of only eight in Canada who carry this certification.They can be found in select Canadian and U.S. stores as well as their online shop.
